Summary: Reach Media is looking for a technically sharp and solution driven Multi Skilled Operator (MSO) whose role will plays a key part in ensuring smooth live production by supporting studio floor operations, coordinating crew and talent, and maintaining seamless communication between the studio and control room during live news broadcasts. We’re seeking someone who thrives under pressure, understands live broadcast environments, and can confidently coordinate fast-moving studio operations in a 24/7 newsroom.
Requirements: Ideal candidates we are looking to hire will have responsibilities such as -Oversee studio floor operations and crew coordination Prepare presenters and guests for live broadcasts Manage studio setups, lighting, props, cameras, and monitors Coordinate rehearsals, lineups, and live studio communication Provide timing cues and on-air direction to talent Maintain studio organization, etiquette, and presentation Troubleshoot studio issues to ensure smooth live operations
Position Details Location: Washington, DCEnvironment: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: 5 Days Per Week with Rotating Schedule (Flexible availability required — our newsroom operates 24/7)
