Key Responsibilities For The Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and operational performance. Process accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related financial transactions. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities. Partner with leadership teams to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement. Support audits, inventory counts, internal controls, compliance initiatives, and special projects. Qualifications For The Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience. Manufacturing industry experience required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
