About the role

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate in Broker Dealer Operations to support the U.S. equities brokerage business. You will own key broker-dealer workflows, perform reconciliations, and drive improvements with Apex and internal teams. You will build durable controls, contribute to test plans, and partner with engineering to enhance tooling and dashboards. A minimum of 5 years in financial services operations with broker-dealer exposure is expected.
