Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week
Shift: Evenings 3 pm - 11:30pm$3000 sign on bonus for full-time
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducts patient observation and rounds according to defined policy and procedure
- Observes and monitors patient's progress and reports observations to appropriate staff.
- Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living skills as necessary.
- Provide appropriate supervision of patients' activities.
