About the role

BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide in-depth technical and customer support for pharmacy automation products in the Colorado Springs area. The role involves regional travel to pharmacies and on-site service with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering Technology and 3–5 years of field service experience, plus strong Windows, networking and hands-on diagnostic skills.
