Receptionist / Administrative AssistantCompetitive Pay Based on Experience | Full-Time | TLR Hydraulics, an MCE CompanyAre you a polished, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys being the welcoming face and voice of a busy office?As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at Midlothian, TX office, you will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and team members fielding calls, managing daily office functions, and supporting our operations, sales, and shop teams with a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities. A professional, outgoing attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential in this role.If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and bring a cheerful and professional presence to every interaction, we would love to hear from you.What You'll DoReception and CommunicationAnswer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member promptly and professionally.Communicate with customers, vendors, and fellow employees by phone, email, and as needed, providing a consistently professional and friendly experience.Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail.Administrative and Office SupportPrepare and distribute quotes; maintain daily filing, phone lists, and the office calendar.Process packing lists into the operating system for daily invoicing.Run credit card transactions and log data accurately.Maintain and order office supplies, make travel reservations, and help coordinate office functions.Provide backup assistance with customer returns and additional clerical duties as needed.What We're Looking ForMust Have:Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Outgoing, customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic with a willingness to pitch in on whatever the team needs.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Nice to Have:Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-facing office experience.Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, or ERP/CRM systems.Background in an industrial distribution or manufacturing office environment.About TLR HydraulicsRitterTech is the founding division of Motion and Control Enterprises (MCE), established in 1951 as Ritter Engineering Company in Pittsburgh, PA.
