About the role

Sales Professional | Business Development We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who is ready to build relationships, develop new business, and make an impact. You don’t need experience in our industry. We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to connect with people, earn trust, handle challenges, and consistently follow through. Your background could be in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive, insurance, real estate, recruiting, or another customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do:
  • Develop new business through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision makers
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions
  • Manage the sales process from initial conversation through partnership
  • Grow and maintain existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and take ownership of results
What We’re Looking For:
  • Motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
  • Confident and comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
  • Persistent and able to handle rejection professionally
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
  • A track record of success in sales, business development, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused environment
The right person doesn’t need to know everything on day one. We can teach the industry, our process, and our systems. What we’re looking for is drive, resilience, curiosity, and the desire to succeed.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
