About the role
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Provider Experience Advocate will manage approximately 500-600 tickets weekly, providing timely assistance to therapists and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for success.
Key responsibilities
Efficiently handle therapist inquiries, including escalated or complex issues requiring cross-team coordination
Identify trends in inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to recommend process improvements
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of platform tools and policies to effectively guide therapists
Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a contact center or similar customer-facing role
Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with attention to detail and efficiency
Skilled in handling escalated inquiries with sound judgment and problem-solving ability
Adaptable and proactive, with the capability to support new initiatives and strategic projects
Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
