About the role
To build and scale the Data Partnerships team, the full-time remote Data Partnerships Lead will define strategies for acquiring partnerships, lead relationships with strategic partners, and develop processes to enhance operational workflows for AI training and evaluation.
Key responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy for acquiring and growing Data Partnerships
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Data Partnerships Managers
Establish pipeline generation strategies and partnership playbooks that can scale across industries
Required qualifications
Proven experience leading Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales teams in high-growth environments
Track record of building repeatable partnership or commercial acquisition programs from the ground up
Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders
Exceptional commercial judgment and negotiation skills
Comfortable discussing AI, data privacy, and security with executive stakeholders
