Job Summary: This is a fast-paced warehouse position that requires physical activity, attention to safety, and experience operating a forklift. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving and stacking cement products and construction materials, organizing warehouse inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, stack, and stage cement, concrete products, mortar, and other construction materials. Material Handling: Lift, move, stack, and organize bags of cement and other heavy construction materials throughout the warehouse and yard. Loading & Unloading: Load customer vehicles, delivery trucks, and pallets efficiently and safely. Assist with unloading incoming shipments. Inventory Management: Organize products and materials in designated areas and help maintain accurate inventory levels. Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse, loading areas, and yard clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Safety: Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues. Order Preparation: Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery. Teamwork: Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure materials are handled and moved efficiently.
Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and move heavy materials, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in outdoor and warehouse environments.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven experience safely operating a sit-down forklift. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor and consistently lift/move bags weighing 50–80+ lbs throughout the day.
Background Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and strongly committed to workplace safety.
