We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Director who is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate one of life's most important decisions. Responsibilities Own the full sales journey—from initial inquiry to move-in.
Meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals through strategic sales execution.
Conduct engaging community tours and personalized consultations.
Build trust with prospective residents and families by understanding their needs and recommending the lifestyle that's right for them.
Create exceptional experiences that turn prospects into enthusiastic residents.
Build Relationships That Grow the Community Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior service organizations, financial planners, real estate professionals, and other community partners.
Conduct regular outreach and business development visits throughout the local market.
Represent Lakeview at networking events, community presentations, and industry functions.
Become a trusted ambassador for the community.
Lead Management & Sales Excellence Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication.
Maintain accurate prospect records and reporting.
Monitor key sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Execute follow-up strategies that keep prospects engaged throughout their decision-making journey.
Marketing & Community Engagement Plan and host engaging marketing events, educational seminars, open houses, and referral appreciation events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Provide input on marketing materials, digital content, and community messaging.
Deliver An Outstanding Customer Experience Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on pricing, services, amenities, and lifestyle options.
Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality, compassion, and exceptional service.
Requirements Proven success in consultative sales- preferably in an Independent Living environment- with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Outstanding relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
A genuine passion for serving older adults and their families.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Five or more years of successful sales experience.
Experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or other relationship-based sales environments preferred.
Experience with Yardi CRM or similar sales management platforms is a plus.
