About the role
Print Production Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Production Assistant to support the coordination and execution of high-volume print advertising campaigns. This role is critical to ensuring that creative assets move efficiently through production pipelines and are delivered on time across a variety of formats, including transit, outdoor, and large-scale print ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between internal teams, advertising agencies, marketing departments, and commercial printers to keep projects on track Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met Troubleshoot production issues on both client and vendor sides, proactively resolving delays or technical issues Communicate regularly with stakeholders by phone and email, providing clear updates and gathering necessary information Maintain detailed tracking and documentation using Excel and internal systems Ensure all specifications and requirements for print production are followed accurately Learn and adhere to established internal procedures and workflows (training provided)
