About the role
Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial Law to support North American business units, including Banfield, BluePearl, and VCA. This role is based at MVH's Vancouver hub and requires strong expertise in commercial contracts, risk allocation, and cross-border transactions. You will draft and negotiate vendor/customer agreements, licensing, SLAs, and intercompany arrangements, while mentoring junior attorneys and aligning with global policies.
