HVAC Salesperson For over 15 years, the Lindi Corp has proudly served the Mesquite community providing quality service to our customers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Salesperson to serve our Mesquite and St. George territories. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast growing business where everyone on the team is valued. This role is based in Mesquite, Nevada and serves the surrounding area. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mesquite, NV. In addition to incredible earning potential, great benefits are provided, including: 100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental and vision insurance 401k & Roth 401k plans with company match up to 4% 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities include: Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Present system options, pricing, financing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goals Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings Maintain detailed reports of sales activities Requirements: 2+ years sales experience preferred Residential and Commercial HVAC service work experience preferred but not required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
