Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Gwynn Oak, MD. The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice, including managing office workflows, ensuring clinical is running efficiently and front desk is standardized, and providing exceptional customer service and managerial expertise. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining a professional workplace environment, and supporting both patients and dental professionals to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners. Team Player willing to serve in any role as needed Proven experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage office workflows efficiently Ensuring regulatory compliance, OSHA, HIPAA compliance standards maintained Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Open dental is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in business administration or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a dental field/administrative duties
