About the role

Field Service Technician We're partnering with a specialized utility services company to hire full-time Field Service Technicians supporting projects in Moorhead. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and not being stuck behind a desk, this role is a great fit. You'll play a key role in upgrading essential water infrastructure while working directly in local communities.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Replace and install residential water meters efficiently and safely
  • Accurately read and document meter data
  • Manage daily routes and complete scheduled service appointments
  • Handle and transport equipment and materials at the start and end of each day
  • Work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, all weather conditions)
  • Interact professionally with homeowners and respect private property
  • Follow safety procedures and company processes at all times
  • Who We're Looking For:
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
  • Someone that enjoys hands-on work, ideally experienced with hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Physically capable of walking, bending, climbing, and working in varying conditions
  • Customer-friendly with good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance required
  • Ability to pass a background check
