Why work with us?
  • We help you go independent allowing you to have the autonomy and flexibility you need to deliver world-class care to the families and kiddos who need you most, and earn even more as an independent practitioner.
  • Purpose-driven: we believe that providers must have fulfilling and meaningful career to offer their best.
  • Highest standard of care- BCBAs are overworked and underpaid, we want to do the opposite.
  • Empathy - the families come first but the precursor to that is the happiness of the providers, so we've a provider first culture.
  • You'll be in the driver seat, running your own practice without any external influence on how to run your business.
  • Earning Range: Up to $125,000+ per year
  • We believe in hiring people, not resumes. If you're excited by Tellos's mission but unsure if you meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply, we'd love to learn what you'd bring to the team.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
