Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and excellence across the business. This role coordinates inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to support retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. This position collaborates closely with sales and production to support exceptional customer experiences and consistent brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Logistics• Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing shipments, both domestic and international• Supply chain coordination and manage order fulfillment• Handle high jewelry and high-value merchandise with the utmost care, discretion, and attention to security protocols• Ensure adherence to company procedures, security protocols, and luxury brand standardsRepairs Management• Oversee all jewelry repairs and service requests with local workshops and international partners• Prepare, document, and track repair shipments• Maintain detailed repair logs and provide status updates as neededShow & Event Preparation• Prepare and organize jewelry, fixtures, and tools for trunk shows, exhibitions, and events• Ensure all materials are complete, properly packed, presentation-ready, and handled with appropriate security measures• Assist with post-event inventory reconciliation and secure returnsQualificationsStrong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.Experience with inventory control, supply chain coordination, and logistics in a retail or luxury goods environment.Proficiency in using business systems and inventory management software.Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.Proficiency in Excel Office and Adobe Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on site full-time in New York, NY, with flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak periods or eventsSalary Range: $80,000-$90,000
