About the role

Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant for a full-time, 100% onsite role in Downtown Seattle, WA. The position focuses on Accounts Payable with some Accounts Receivable and involves union payroll for 5–15 employees weekly across JD ERP systems. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3–5 years of construction accounting experience, strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
