Pacific Medical Centers (PacMed) is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative for the US Family Health Plan (USFHP) at our Renton, WA location. You will help uniformed service members, retirees, and families understand benefits, eligibility, referrals, and coverage options, working with an automated call distribution system across phone, email, and other channels. You will also handle inquiries, document interactions, and support complaints, grievances, and appeals with professionalism
