About the role
- Manage commercial projects from bidding through closeout
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
- Review plans and specifications for constructability
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, procurement, and documentation
- Prepare bid packages and qualify subcontractors
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Project schedules
- Monitor budgets, costs, and project performance
- Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular project updates
- Support field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget

- 10+ years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
- Experience managing projects from bidding through closeout
- Commercial TI and/or ground-up construction experience
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Procore (certified or willing to obtain certification before start)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
- Full-time, in-office position located in Bonsall, CAMust live within approximately 30 miles of the office
- $110,000–$150,000 annual salary
