About the role
Summary of PositionH&S Ventures is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role will drive delivery of strategic programs focused on information technologies, user and service experiences, cost efficiency, and improved business outcomes, while fostering agile best practices across teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise-level IT programs spanning multiple teams, platforms, and vendors Drive Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models Partner with business teams, including Finance, Security, IT, and other business stakeholders, to prioritize initiatives aligned to business value Manage program roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and milestones Produce and maintain project roadmaps, documentation, presentation materials, and related communication tools, including microsites or Share Point-based resources, to support stakeholder visibility and alignment Track and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and value realization Facilitate Agile planning and delivery activities, including PI planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and related program ceremonies Manage IT procurement and budget tracking processes across hardware, software, consulting services, invoices, approvals, and Finance/Accounting coordination Strengthen IT delivery execution by developing scalable project management practices, documentation standards, reporting processes, and cross-functional accountability Drive strong program governance, stakeholder communication, change management, and adoption across the organization Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in IT project or program management 2–5 years of experience supporting or leading Agile delivery in complex environments Experience managing application portfolios, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid)Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or CSM certification Experience with technology optimization, migrations, digital transformation initiatives, AI, ROI, and cost optimization Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Atlassian/Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms Background working with Finance or Procurement on software, hardware, and services spend optimization Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
