About the role
- Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment
- Operate manual lathes and mills as needed
- Plan machining sequences and programming processes
- Document tooling and process parameters to maintain accuracy and quality
- Inspect completed parts for compliance with customer specifications
- Prepare parts for fabrication, assembly, and production
- Build crates, package products, and prepare parts for shipment
- Learn and assist with CNC programming through provided training
- Collaborate with other departments to support production needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- At least one year of CNC router operating experience or equivalent vocational training
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials as required
- Mastercam experience is preferred, but experience with other CAM software will be considered
- Ability to pass drug screening
