What You'll Do:
Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn't on site
Jump into every positioncashier, grill, prep, fries, dining roomno task is too small
Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
What We're Looking For:
12 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
Someone who leads by doingnot just directing
Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and comfort using POS systems
