About the role

xdof is building a ground-level data acquisition operation in LATAM, with bases in Mexico or Brazil. This role owns end-to-end data pipelines from securing venues to establishing partnerships, enabling high-fidelity data for robotics and teleoperation projects. You will expand data collection scenes, recruit and lead field teams, optimize workflows, manage hardware, and document learnings as repeatable SOPs for future markets.
