Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate a reach forklift in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities: Operate a reach forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials and products. Safely place and retrieve pallets from racks at various heights. Load and unload trailers as needed. Perform inventory movements and accurately stage products. Inspect the forklift and equipment before each shift and report any issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
Qualifications: Previous reach forklift experience required. Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified. Warehouse experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and move materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Ability to work at various rack heights and in a warehouse environment.
