Job Full Description: Job Opportunity: Home Preservation and Repair Coordinator

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Position Overview: We are seeking aHome Preservation and Repair Coordinatorto join our team. If you're passionate about customer service and have experience in residential maintenance and repair, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Duties: Position requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and general building knowledge and carpentry skills. This position requires flexibility, open-mindedness, and collaboration and teamwork skills. Interpersonal relationships and skills such as strong communications skills (written, verbal and listening). Must have srong decision-making skills based on sound analysis, problem-solving skills, open to new ideas and innovative ideas, and willingness to investigate alternative solutions to routine and unusual problems. Full time M-F / Extra $1k a year if bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum two years' experience in collaborative work environments. Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and file management skills.

Required: 1-2 years in residential maintenance, exterior construction Must possess a valid New Mexico driver's license, auto insurance

Physical Requirements: Ability to consistently lift 25+ lbs. Must be able to bend, sit, stand, and lift office supplies or materials. Interested in Applying?
