About the role
GEICO is seeking a Talent Transformation Manager to drive marketing talent attraction, development, and retention across GEICO Marketing. The role is hybrid, with a 3-day in-office expectation, and reports to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer, with a dual line to the Marketing Transformation team.
You’ll shape onboarding, mentorship, and the marketing academy ecosystem. You should bring 5–7 years in marketing, talent consulting, or organizational change, plus comfort with AI
