Production Associate – Sewing & Pillow Assembly
If you have sewing, production, or manufacturing experience, this Production Associate opportunity gives you the chance to build your skills while helping create high-quality outdoor cushions and pillows. Our client is looking for dependable team members to join their production operation in Monticello, Indiana.
In this role, you'll work as part of a team sewing and assembling pillows and outdoor cushions, inspecting finished products, and preparing items for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop their manufacturing and sewing skills.

Job Summary:
The Production Associate will sew, assemble, inspect, and prepare outdoor cushions and pillows for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:
Sew and assemble pillows and outdoor cushions according to production specifications.
Operate sewing machines and other production equipment as needed.
Inspect finished products for quality and workmanship.
Stuff, shape, and prepare pillows and cushions for packaging.
Prepare completed products for shipment.
Pay
$12.00 per hour
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Start time may be as early as 5:00 AM when overtime is available.
Experience or Skill Requirements
Previous sewing, production, manufacturing, or related experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to perform repetitive hands-on production tasks.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to stand and perform physical production activities throughout the shift.
