About the role

Over the Road (OTR) · Owner-Operator · Power Only For drivers who own their tractor and want to pull our trailers on lanes we already run every week. You keep your truck and your say over it — you run the inspections, and you stop when something is not right. Power only means no trailer maintenance and no trailer paperwork on your side. You still own the inspection — full pre-trip and post-trip, coupling and air checks every time — and you still have the final word if the equipment or the conditions are not safe. Dispatch treats owner-operators like the business owners they are: clear load details up front, straight answers on the phone, and no surprises. The pay package and how settlements work are covered in full on the call with recruiting. What this position asks forClass A CDL, current and in good standing Your own tractor, maintained and DOT compliant 24 months or more of verifiable tractor-trailer experience A clean driving record and a safety history we can verify Current DOT physical, drug screen and required insurance

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
