Outside Technical Sales Representative – CNC Tooling & AccessoriesDallas–Fort Worth, TXAre you the person everyone in the shop comes to when it's time to improve cycle times, solve tooling problems, or optimize a machining process?We're looking for an experienced machining professional to join our outside sales team. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in CNC machining who enjoys working directly with customers to improve productivity and manufacturing performance.Whether you're already in technical sales or you're a machinist, programmer, applications engineer, or manufacturing engineer looking to leverage your expertise in a customer-facing role, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll DoDevelop and grow relationships with manufacturers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.Help customers select the right cutting tools, workholding, and machining accessories for their applications.Analyze machining processes and recommend tooling improvements that reduce cycle times, improve tool life, and increase profitability.Work alongside customers on the shop floor to troubleshoot machining challenges and implement process improvements.Generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.Partner with leading tooling manufacturers to deliver technical solutions that create measurable value.What We're Looking ForHands-on CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment.Strong knowledge of carbide cutting tools, indexable tooling, workholding, and machining processes.Experience selecting tooling, feeds and speeds, and optimizing machining operations.Ability to confidently discuss machining applications with programmers, engineers, shop owners, and production managers.Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Sales experience is a plus but not required—we value technical credibility first.Ideal BackgroundYou may currently be a:CNC MachinistLead MachinistManufacturing EngineerApplications EngineerCNC ProgrammerTooling SpecialistTechnical Sales Representative for another tooling distributor or manufacturerIf you've helped shops improve productivity through better tooling and machining strategies, you'll likely be a great fit.What We OfferCompetitive base salary, $80k - $85k plus commission – eventually moving to full commission – on-target earnings of $110k - $150kVehicle allowance and business expense reimbursement.Comprehensive benefits – health, dental, vision – day-1 of employment401k with matchOngoing product and technical training.The opportunity to represent industry-leading tooling brands while helping customers become more profitable.If you're passionate about machining and enjoy solving manufacturing challenges, we'd love to hear from you.IND123Compensation details: 80000-85000 Yearly SalaryPI3313ffa73059-31181-41245887
