We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service. As an Account Executive, you'll support the management and growth of a portfolio of corporate customer accounts, helping to ensure outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to add value. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating activity, monitoring performance, supporting commercial objectives, and helping customers achieve their sustainability goals. No two days are the same. From managing customer queries and preparing performance reports to supporting contract renewals and identifying improvement opportunities, you'll be at the heart of delivering a first-class customer experience. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering great service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and administrative capability with high attention to detail Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills Commercial awareness and willingness to develop financial understanding Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data Proactive, solution focused approach to problem solving Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, cross functional environment Ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure Strong customer focus with a "right first time" approach to service delivery Experience in an Account Executive, Account Coordinator, Customer Success, or similar client-facing role Exposure to a B2B environment (waste management, environmental services, facilities management, or similar preferred) Experience supporting customer accounts, contracts, or service delivery Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeAn interest in sustainability, environmental services, or ESG initiatives Performance rewards: Competitive salary and performance-related bonus Driving your success: Company car provided.
