Strike Phase Instructor

Position Type: Full-time Period of Performance: Through 30 March 2027

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Provide Visit, Board, Search and Seizure / Maritime Interdiction Operations (VBSS/MIO) instruction to Special Boat Teams operating within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community. Assist with schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the Inter-Deployment Training Cycle (IDTC).Assist with liaison support with NSWG-4 and other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.

Qualifications: Minimum of five years' experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E. SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons. Five years' experience as a Navy/NSW Instructor. Instructors support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling and planning, and classroom instruction. Two years' experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution. Familiar with VBSS/MIO operations, insert/extract, and Combatant Craft specific SOPs. Active Secret clearance.
