About the role
Summary: The Tri-State Office Assistant is the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors at the Mesquite and St. George offices requiring someone to be on-site. This position serves as a critical resource not only to the Tri-State offices, but also supporting various functions and departments. Responsibilities include daily office coordination, front desk operations, client engagement assistance, Staff Engagement Committee assistance, HR tasks and onboarding support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism. The position will require working out of both our Mesquite, NV office and our St. George, UT office.

The Tri-State Office Assistant ensures smooth daily office operations, timely flow of documents and communication, and high-quality support across various programs. This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and staff engagement in alignment with GES' standards and values.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirables:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Nevada or Utah Driver's License.
Must be insurable under GES auto insurance.
1–3 years of clerical, administrative, or HR experience (combination preferred).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Database management and data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
Professional attitude, appearance, and telephone etiquette.
Strong team member mentality.
