About the role

Onsite Customer Service Technician This position is a dedicated onsite support role within a healthcare environment. In this capacity, you will provide high-quality service and technical support for customers' printer equipment. This entry-level position involves repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of printer models to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities: Provide support with onsite dispatch and escalations. Perform Standard and Proactive Consumable Management (PCM) system updates. Conduct asset tracking, reporting, billing, and ongoing system updates. Respond promptly to customer service requests while complying with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Provide assistance with diagnoses, repair, and maintaining printer equipment. Manage inventory for hot-swap devices and essential supplies to minimize customer downtime.
Qualifications: Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems. Entry-level experience working with printers, hard-copy devices, or imaging equipment. Proficiency with administrative and computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 60 lbs. Working knowledge of service ticketing systems such as Service Now and D365.Personal Characteristics Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations. Positive, solutions-driven attitude. Education Minimum high school diploma or GED.Technical training is a plus.
