About the role

Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for our Schodack Internal Medicine and Pediatrics office. This 40-hour/week role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a recruitment bonus up to $3,500. The position involves vaccines, patient care, and a range of clinical duties in a busy practice. Qualified applicants will hold a NYS LPN license, have prior LPN or MA/PCT experience, strong EMR skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and high-quality patient care.
