About the role
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of philanthropy and Board engagement.
DescriptionThis executive will lead:
Major and leadership gifts
Capital campaign strategy and execution
Annual giving
Planned giving
Foundation and corporate partnerships
Donor stewardship
Board and volunteer engagement
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe seek a collaborative, forward‑thinking leader with:
At least ten years of progressively responsible philanthropy leadership experience
A proven record of success in major gifts, capital campaigns, and nonprofit fund-raising
Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and strategic planning skills
Experience working closely with governing boards and volunteer leaders
Background in older adult living, healthcare, aging services, higher education, or other mission‑driven organizations
