About the role
We are working with an infrastructure investment firm investing across digital infrastructure, transportation and logistics, and energy who are looking to add a Private Equity Associate and Senior Associate to the team. Led by a group of industry veterans with more than 80 years of combined infrastructure investment experience, the team brings a deep track record across the sector. Following a successful capital raise, the firm is well-capitalized and positioned for significant growth, with a robust pipeline of opportunities and an active mandate to deploy capital into attractive infrastructure investments.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity Strong preference for candidates with experience in infrastructure, energy, power, utilities, digital infrastructure, transportation, or other real assets. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience building or reviewing complex investment models. Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial statements, capital structures, and investment returns.
