Lead HVAC Installer T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric📍 Geneva, NY OR Rochester, NY We're growing in Geneva and looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and leading by example. Pay: $70,000-$110,000 per year

What You'll Do: Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Mentor and assist apprentice and junior installers on the job Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Complete start-up, testing, and system verification Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation
