Nextpower LLC is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Excellence & Reliability in Mesa, Arizona, with hybrid work as required. The role leads strategy across Manufacturing Excellence, Quality & Supplier Excellence, and Reliability & Product Integrity for utility‑scale power electronics produced via contract manufacturers. You will drive organizational capability, establish KPIs, and partner with executive leaders to ensure safety, quality, performance, cost, and reliability across the product
