About the role
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.
- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the moment they step through our doors.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, providing clear and helpful information to callers and ensuring messages are relayed accurately.
- Manage email correspondence efficiently, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, to support our team’s productivity.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, embodying our company’s values and creating a positive first impression for all visitors and clients.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
