About the role

We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM & Adobe Target Consultant with strong expertise in digital personalization, experimentation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing Adobe Target activities, integrating with AEM and Adobe Workfront, and delivering personalized customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Adobe Target personalization and optimization activities. Build and execute A/B Tests, Multivariate Tests, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization, and Recommendation activities. Configure and support Adobe Target integrations with AEM, Workfront, Analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms. Develop custom Java Script, HTML, and CSS solutions within Adobe Target activities. Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable personalization strategies. Troubleshoot experience delivery, audience qualification, and rendering issues. Create reports, insights, and performance analysis using Adobe Analytics. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Development teams to deliver digital experience solutions.
