About the role

Coca-Cola is seeking Warehouse Workers / General Laborers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving beverage products for delivery routes. Warehouse Workers are responsible for building pallets, picking orders, loading delivery trucks, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential pay, weekend pay, and attendance or performance bonuses depending on location and shift. Warehouse Workers are responsible for picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, loading trucks, unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, cleaning work areas, and maintaining warehouse organization. The role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition assistance programs, and opportunities for advancement into forklift operator, lead, or supervisor roles. Some locations may also offer shift differential pay and performance incentives.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
