Company Description:
Trinion America Inc. is an independent third-party logistics service provider for Hyundai Translead, Americas premier trailer manufacturer based in Tijuana, Mexico. The company supports fleet buyers and dealers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico by coordinating the delivery of new trailers to strategic markets. Trinions main office is in San Diego, California, with additional Trinion Mexico offices in Monterrey, Mexico City, and Tijuana.
Job Duties:
Assist to prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit Assist to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry and files Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce the financial report Prepare accurate reports for upper management Perform other financial duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, and/or relevant experience Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability A professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues Self-motivated, diligent, and hardworking Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong focus on the customer and carriers Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. English and Korean Bilingual preferred
