Role Description The Administrative Assistant, Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, TX. This role supports construction operations through managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and maintaining accurate records. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, preparing documents and reports, assisting with bid packages, and coordinating with project managers, field teams, clients, and vendors. The Administrative Assistant processes incoming and outgoing mail, handles data entry into project and accounting systems, and ensures all administrative tasks are completed in a timely, organized manner. This position contributes to efficient office workflows and consistent communication across the organization. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document management, and data entry. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with internal teams and external partners. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting leadership with calendars, meeting preparation, and confidential information handling. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and comfort learning construction or project management systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or coursework in business, administration, or construction-related fields is beneficial. Previous experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments is preferred but not required. Ability to work on-site in Arlington, TX and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
