Client Overview: Our client is a large, established financial firm seeking a professional and welcoming Senior Corporate Receptionist to join their corporate office. Salary/Hourly Rate$50k - $58.5k DOEPosition OverviewA positive attitude and professional appearance are essential, as this Senior Corporate Receptionist position is considered the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Previous experience with general office duties, including word processing, spreadsheets, filing, and scheduling, is a strong plus for the Senior Corporate Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with internal and external clients while maintaining an upbeat attitude. This role will also evolve to assist junior executives with clerical support, including calendar and expense management.
Responsibilities: Of The Senior Corporate Receptionist Manage the high-volume switchboard and direct calls to appropriate employees and departments. Meet and greet visitors, seat them in reception, and notify appropriate personnel of the visitor’s arrival. Greet everyone who enters or passes through the reception area. Provide answers and guidance to all guests and employees as needed. Open and close the office on a daily basis, including lights, security, and doors. Receive deliveries and packages as needed when mail services are not available. Provide backup support to Boardroom meetings, as needed. Maintain visitor logs for the office and validate parking vouchers, as needed. Receive facility requests via email and coordinate with the appropriate department or individual for resolution. Handle special projects and tasks as assigned. Required Experience/Skills For The Senior Corporate Receptionist 2 years of Receptionist or related experience in a corporate environment. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).Preferred Experience/Skills For The Senior Corporate Receptionist Prior experience with executive administrative support, including calendar and expense management.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
