Summary: AME, Inc. is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Fort Mill, SC and help transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently to various job sites.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate CDL Class A trucks, conducting pre-trip inspections, maintaining logs, and following safety regulations Must be able to drive manual transmission Load, unload, and secure materials across various terrains Perform vehicle maintenance, fueling, and servicing, including understanding air brake systems Travel to job sites, assist with equipment transport, and complete tasks as directed by supervisors
Skills & Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL2+years of experience with hauling heavy equipment (4+ years preferred)Strong knowledge of safety regulations, vehicle maintenance, and DOT compliance Reliable, flexible, and willing to travel and work weekends if necessary
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors for 10-12 hours, and navigate rough terrain
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
