Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and an understanding of what it takes to succeed in an agency environment. Our agency offers health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team while providing opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow. As a small office, we’re continuing to build and shape our culture, making this a great opportunity for the right person to have a meaningful impact. I’m looking for someone who is hardworking, friendly, and brings a positive attitude to work each day. The ideal team member is a driven, resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and is excited to help us continue building a strong, successful agency.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
