About the role

The Pediatric BCBA leads the development and oversight of individualized ABA services for children and families. This role conducts assessments, creates treatment plans, supervises RBTs, reviews data, and partners with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team to support meaningful, socially significant outcomes. You will conduct functional and skill assessments, develop evidence-based plans, provide supervision and training to RBTs, review progress, and ensure payer-compliant documentation
