About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to be onsite in Tucson, AZ, supporting DoD programs and leading HFE/HSI activities across the system lifecycle. You will serve as the primary technical interface with customers and IPTs, guiding human-centered design decisions and risk mitigation. The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience and an active DoD-related clearance. Travel up to 20% is expected in this onsite, high-security environment.
